Description

This file will upgrade my ELVA Boeing 747 Pack to version 3. Version 3 includes some major and minor updates. It also adds new features: Heat Haze (shimmer) effects plus smoke effects by Martyn Becker, Reverser Spray Effects by Edward Cox and Takeoff Spray effects by Dennis Franke. Fly UK Virtual Airways livery will be added in the future. I have also created a low spec system option so that low spec users can use my boeing packages but with less features.
